What is return policy ?
Buyers have to inform chitrahandicraft within 12 hrs after receiving products. chitrahandicraft will evaluate the defect and then decide to make 100% refund or replace the item(s). Buyer have to provide valid proof for defect and breakage of product(s).
For cancelling the order -
If anyone wants to cancel the order, please inform chitrahandicraft via email within 2 hrs after placing an order, after that it can’t be cancelled, cancellation charges may apply based on the time and payment mode.
How do I return a defective or damaged product for a new replacement?
Inform us within 12 hrs after delivery & send us images of the damage items via email on email@example.com.
What if after delivery buyer did not like the item?
If buyer did not like the item after delivery we can allow buyer to exchange the item with same amount OR refund, exchange will be one time only & buyer has to pay courier charges in both ways for any case.
Return product should be in original condition as they received it along with with price tags / labels.
Who pays for the delivery charges for returning of products?
If returning item is defective/damaged then delivery charges will be bear by store owner or chitrahandicraft, but if buyer wants to exchange the item OR refund, then for both ways(send received item to us & for new item) courier charges will be bear by buyer.
